How to use Value Added Services
To enjoy this service you will have to be a registered PIB user. Apply now to become a PIB user. If you are already registered, please follow 3 simple steps to enjoy Value Added Services:

Service turnaround time
The cut-off time of Value Added Services is 5:00 PM on working days. For email based services, requests submitted before the cut-off time will be processed on the same day*. For paper document services, requests submitted before the cut-off time, turnaround time is one working day*.
* Regular cut-off time may be adjusted during hartal disruptions and service processing may require additional time.
